Every year, at the end of the B.A. degree programs in Fashion Design, the IUAV University of Venice displays to the public its students’ drawings and designs, in exhibitions and fashion shows. 

This is an important event for the institution and the students, who have the opportunity to showcase the drawings and designs they have done during the year, to a large and receptive audience, which also includes professionals in the world of fashion and business. A publication was designed and created in order to highlight the year just ended and introduce the three-day event; it describes the result of each student’s creative process. Besides dealing with the publication graphic design, Metodo has designed and created the corporate identity materials of the Fashion event at IUAV. The logo was designed by means of a parametric typography system: various typographical variants were generated from the same geometrical structure, which were used for new compositions, suitable for creating different invitations as well as for making the signage.
